- Decals are different than those included in the first release (above)
- There are different versions of this kit, all with the same box art.
On some releases the ECS exhaust vent just in front of the left main gear door was reshaped and enlarged,
and the gun muzzle represents the later F-16C/D style.
Other releases (depicted here) made the ECS vent a separate piece, along with the gun muzzle
and an access (ammo loading) panel under the right fuselage strake (tree G);
an extended afterburner can (tree K) to give the engine exhaust more depth;
and a 300 gal centerline fuel tank was added to tree F (included in all subsequent releases).

- Additional parts included for the GE engine nozzle and rear fan face,
deepened exhaust can and the air scoop on the ammo loading panel.
The base of the vertical tail has the correct air inlet and exhaust vent added on Block 30/32 F-16Cs.

- The instructions fail to mention adding the avionics vent (part J1) on the right side of the fuselage.

Do not use part H2, it was not present on the Navy F-16Ns.

- Although the box art and markings suggest this is a Block 40 F-16C the kit does not include
the bulged main gear doors, the WAR HUD or any other changes specific to the Block 40/42.
The GE engine parts are included but not the corresponding MCID "big mouth" intake.
- External stores include two AIM-9s, two AIM-120s, one centerline travel pod,
one centerline 300 gallon fuel tank and two 370 gallon wing tanks.
- Includes a set of LANTIRN pods for a Block 40/42, but they are not as accurate as the ones in the Hawegawa Weapons Set D.
- The instructions fail to mention adding the avionics vent (part J1) on the right side of the fuselage.

- Includes both the standard vertical tail base and the extended drogue chute housing.
Only the tinted canopy is included, a second clear canopy is not included.
- External stores include two AIM-9s, two AIM-120s, one centerline travel pod,
one centerline 300 gallon fuel tank and two 370 gallon wing tanks.
- Some of the markings included in this release are for Block 10 and earlier F-16As.
Note Block 10 and earlier aircraft had the smaller horizontal stabilizers,
not the larger horizontal stabilizers included in all Hasegawa kits,
and Block 10 and earlier aircraft had the lower VHF and IFF antennas
in different locations than Block 15 and later aircraft.
