| In order to determine the positions of the flight yokes, rudder pedals and throttle, I fabricated a number of slider-crank and four-bar link mechanisms from bar stock, and connected these to 100K pots (potentiometers). The resistance values would be read by an EPIC card and used by the simulation to control the flight path of the aircraft. |
